How do I return the parcel?
In order to return your rented merchandise you shall pack it in the same box that you received it in. We are reusing the boxes, that's why please do not stick anything to them. Inside the box you will fid a packing envelope together with a return shipping label. Then please drop off the parcel in the nearest DHL service point in your city. If you do not find the return label please contact our customer service department.
Please return the parcel before 1 p.m on the last day of your rental period so it can be delivered to us on time. Thank you !
