What is two-step product verification?
E-Garderobe ensures that all products on our platform are original via two-stage verification of product. We carefully check each item in terms of its authenticity and compliance with the description given by the seller in the offer.
Each seller is required to send detailed photos of the products, internal tags, proof of purchase or certificate.
If the product does not meet with all the information mentioned above, it will not pass the first stage of product verification and it will be not admitted to the next stage of verification.
The second stage of verification is taking a place at E-Garderobe headquarters where the product is reviewed by our experts. Our team is carefully checking the internal labels, condition of an item, certificates and proof of purchase.
