If the item doesn't fit me, can I return it?
If the garment that you ordered doesn't fit you, it is possible to return or exchange it ( other style, size, date). Money can only be returned as a gift card that you can use for E - Garderobe purchases.
In case you ordered a try - on or the chosen size doesn't fit you, please do not remove the safety tag. Only this way we can be sure, the item wasn't used and we can proceed with the return. Please remember that the returns do not include the shipping costs.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, please contact us. We will proceed with the exchange as soon as the requested size is available.
Once you wish to return the garments, please use the same box in which it had been delivered to you. Inside the box you ll find the packing foil and the return shipping label with the return address. Please drop the parcel at the nearest DHL point in your city.
It is also possible to exchange the items in our Showroom in Warsaw Mokotowska 45/7.
