What if the rented items do not fit me? Can I return or exchange them?

If the dress does not fit, you have 24 hours to return or exchange it for another style (different model, size or date). E-Garderobe will refund you money of unused rental only on a gift card that be used at E-Garderobe platform. The returns or refunds can be only accept, if the security tags are still attached. We don't accept returns or refunds if the item has been worn. Please note that the refund amount does not include shipping and insurance costs. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or style- write to us within 24 hours - we will process your order as soon as possible. To return or exchange, please pack all the items in the box and then in the addressed return envelope. Drop off the package to the nearest DHL or Zabka. If you are from Warsaw, you can exchange or return items in our Showroom.
