  Can I remove the safety tag attached to the garment? Yes, before you wear the item you should cut off the safety tag attached to it. Please do not remove the tags inside the garment.   Can I rent the item directly after I try it on at home? Yes, if it is available for rental on the requested dates. ( You can check the availability on the calendar on our webpage). All you need to do is book the dress on our webpage, cut off the safety tag and enjoy your outfit!Few readers

  If the item doesn't fit me, can I return it? If the garment that you ordered doesn't fit you, it is possible to return or exchange it ( other style, size, date). Money can only be returned as a gift card that you can use for E - Garderobe purchases. In case you ordered a try - on or the chosen size doesn't fit you, please do not remove the safety tag.   Can I iron or steam my outfit? We do our best to deliver the garments to our customers perfectly clean and ironed. However if the outfit arrives a little bit wrinkled you can iron it on the lowest temperature level or preferably you can use the steamer.Few readers

  When shall I book the item I am interested in? You can book the item on our webpage up to 3-4 months in advance. We advice to set the rental period starting from 1-2 days before the date of your event. It is better to have time to try on the garment and have a possibility to exchange it if it doesn't fit you.Few readers

  What if I don't return the item on the required date? If the last day of your rental period is a Sunday or a holiday it is okey to return the item on the next working day. In case of any other delay there is an additional fee of 100 zł for each day of the delay.Few readers

  When shall I return the outfit? You should return your order on the last day of your rental period (either on the 4 th or 7 th day) . In case your order was a try - on, please return it the next day after you received it. If you are using the subscription, please return your items on the 4 th day of your rental period.Few readers

• Does E-Garderobe have a showroom where I can come and try on dresses?

  YES! You can come and try on dresses at E-Garderobe showroom located at: Mokotowska 45, flat 7, floor 4 in Warsaw. In the showroom, you can try on almost all the styles free of charge. In our showroom we also offer a free stylist appointment. E-Garderobe showroom is open from: Mon-Fri: 11-19, Sat: 12-16. You do not need to make an appointment to visit the Showroom. • How does a one-day rental work?

  It is very easy! Pick a rental date on the day of your event and get a package delivered straight to your home, office or hotel. Wear your rented dress in the afternoon or evening and you look gorgeous! Next day, drop off your package to Żabka / DHL by 12 p.m. If you have any troubles with returning your package or need an additional assistant please don't hesitate to contact us via e-mail or give us a call.
